DataOne has launched DataOne Construction, a dedicated construction division created to support the rapid development of the company’s first hyperscale sustainable AI Factory in Vineland, New Jersey.
In early April, DataOne onboarded more than 400 employees to support the construction and delivery of the company’s 350MW AI infrastructure campus. The newly integrated teams are now actively working on-site in Vineland, where the project remains on track for delivery in December 2026.
The creation of DataOne Construction marks a major milestone in the company’s long-term vertical integration strategy, designed to accelerate execution, strengthen operational control, and meet the growing global demand for AI infrastructure capacity.
“This step is one of many in our vertical integration strategy for this project,” said Charles-Antoine Beyney, CEO of DataOne. “On top of bringing job opportunities to the community, it helps us move at record pace and supports the need for speed in such a fast-evolving domain,”
In addition to creating hundreds of skilled jobs in the region, DataOne reaffirmed its commitment to community impact and local development.
“Once the project is completed, 20% of the workforce will be dedicated to non-profit work in and around Vineland, as per our initial commitments to the community,” Beyney added.
The company views the launch of DataOne Construction as a foundational step toward scaling future AI infrastructure projects across North America.
