DataOne and Triumph Atlantic have signed an Asset Purchase Agreement together for the transfer of workforce for the construction of DataOne’s AI factory infrastructure in Vineland, New Jersey.
The Asset Purchase Agreement included the transfer of skilled construction professionals from the companies Fritz Staffing and Stable Works to DataOne’s new construction entity: DataOne Construction LLC.
